02: Now It’s Time To Sell
As soon as you decide that you are ready to move forward with selling your home, we will review and sign a standard Listing Agreement. At this time we will also complete all of the mandatory disclosure forms to finalize the listing. The next step in the process is to do a walk through of your house and we will arrange any necessary inspections so that there are no surprises going forward.
